- Account Information: Your name, email address, and business phone number when you create an account.
- Customer Data: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your business's customers that you enter into the App.
- Business Data: Invoices, appointments, and booking information you create within the App.
- Crash & Diagnostic Data: Technical information about app crashes and performance, collected via Sentry, to help us identify and fix issues.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and provide access to the App
- To store and display your business's customer, invoice, and booking data
- To send automated SMS messages on your behalf (missed call follow-ups, appointment confirmations, invoice delivery)
- To diagnose and fix technical issues using crash and performance data
- To provide customer support
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

- Stripe — Payment processing for invoices. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never accessed by us. Privacy Policy

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using iOS Secure Enclave storage and are never transmitted unnecessarily.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at support@dreambigconsultants.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by business owners and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
