How do I sign in to the app?
You can sign in using your email and password, Google account, or a one-time passcode provided by your account manager.
How do missed call texts work?
When your business misses a call, Frontline automatically sends a text message to the caller with a link to book an appointment — so you never lose a lead.
How do I send an invoice?
Create an invoice from the Invoices tab, add your line items, and tap Send. Your customer will receive an SMS with a link to view, sign, and pay.
How do I add a new customer?
Customers are automatically added when they book an appointment or when a missed call comes in. You can also view and manage all customers from the Customers tab.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

How do I connect Stripe to accept payments?
Go to Settings in the app and tap Connect Stripe. You'll be guided through Stripe's onboarding to link your account for invoice payments.
